If you have the opportunity to go north to Nago, I recommend you go to Miyazato Soba near the Miyazato crossroads.
The restaurant furnishings looks dated (although clean and taken care of) but the Okinawa suba there is one of the highest ranking in Okinawa according to some sites.
Tetsukono Soba is my favorite place of all the island. Nothing beats the first one you try.
