Ski Instructors Visa

I’m currently in a bit of a panic as I want to get to Japan for the next coming winter season and unsure if I’m eligible to apply for my working visa (category 50 Ski Instructors Visa) . I’m currently residing in Canada and will head back to UK end of August and ideally leave for Japan late November.
Is this enough time for me to be in the UK (3 months total) to get everything sorted?
