I have a choice between two accomodations and finding it hard to decide so trying to outsource this decision to Reddit.
Some context:
Option 1 is a fair bit nicer and larger and is close to Setagaya park and Nakameguro which I find appealing. Option 2 is a lot closer to what I’d like to pay and still seems not too far from these locations (looks about a 25 min walk to Setagaya park).
Option 1: In between Yutenji station and Sangenjaya park. Cost is about JPY 300,000 (serviced apartment + utilities included). 40m2. Shared laundry in apartment building.
Option 2: About a 10 min walk south west of Sangenjaya station. Cost is about JPY 230,000 (Serviced apartment + utilities included). 26m2. Washing machine in apartment.
So….
