Hello, everyone. I'll be going to Kansai Gaidai this upcoming fall semester and I had a few questions.

Is there a tattoo policy in the university ? I tried to find anything about this online but was not able to find anything. I can cover up my tattoos easily but if I wear a shirt they might barely show, just wanted to make I should just keep them covered all the time.

Are there any gyms near the university that are foreigner friendly / where english is spoken ?
If any one can know anything about these two topics I would appreciate some info. Thanks in advance.
