So someone i know who's on Work Visa in Osaka recently went to a club in shinsaibashi . So he was pretty drunk and the next day when he came back he saw message from that club saying that he broke some acrylic glass near the DJ booth and he promised to compensate later . But my buddy had no memory about it . And when he asked about proof they said there's no CCTV camera installed in that area . But the glass that was broken was in front of dj booth. As my buddy had no injuries not even scratches . They said police promised that he will pay back but there's not even single call from police or nothing. Then club sended him a Bill of 500,000/- Yen for a small acrylic glass panel . He's stressed and anxious. It's been a week no police reached out to him , neither any call from the club just they texting at line . What should he do ?
