What Apartment’s have you had good experiences with?

Long story short, moved into LeoPalace (was new at the time) for 9 years. 6.5man/month. Was great.

However, the area I'm looking at I don't want to live in LeoPalace.

What are some solid good Apartment options that you liked? Between 4man – 7man monthly?
