shuri castle
kokusai street
leaving at night with car to onna (40min)
sleeping there
Day 3
waking up early, conbini breakfast
driving to aquarium (50min)
staying at aquarium for cpl of hours
leaving aquarium and going to beach
going back to onna

I don’t think you’ll have time for kerama and shurijo in the same day. IMO the aquarium is crowded/overhyped, I would recommend Okinawa World over it. But that’s on the southern part of the island. You basically only have 2 days in Okinawa, I would just stick to the southern part unless you’re set on Onna.
honestly i would personally skip shuri castle as it burned down in 2019 and the reconstruction is set to be finished in 2026 so unless you wanna see bunch of construction, you can skip it. especially with such a limited schedule. same for the aquarium. Unless you specifically wanna see a whale shark, skip it as well.
if you have your own snorkeling equipment, I would highly recommend Apogama, one of the best snorkeling experiences I’ve had
if you’re interested there are also bunch of ryuku glass workshops where you can make a glass for yourself, but with your timeframe you’d have to get it shipped realistically as you have to pick it up the following day if you want to get it in person.
