Hello!! I'll be at KGU for the fall semester before returning to finish my degree in America (unfortunantly), and I have a few general questions! I'm a casual gaijin gyaru, and wondering what the gyaru scene is like in osaka/hirakata/kgu even. Would it be looked down upon to dress Gyaru at KGU? I'm also curious about the school sitch with public transport? I couldn't find any clear information on if it is included or not. I would also love to make connections with other gaijin and locals!
