Well my wife has came to Japan around three months already as a dependent.
I have done all the necessary procedures on the 区役所 and registered her for the 保険and 年金 I am changing jobs right now so I couldn’t register her on my current company and still doing the paperwork on the new one.
Well as expected some receipts have arrived home for 保険 and 年金 which I completely understand since she will be out of my coverage while changing jobs( according to my understanding ) this should be only 2-3 months
My question is regarding the amount to be paid since the 年金 that has arrived is around 200.000円 which I consider too much and not sure if I did wrong adding her to this before being on my new job because my understanding also is that she will be cover by as dependent under me and will benefit from both 保険 and 年金
If anybody has knowledge on this and could maybe clarify if is just this expensive or I did something wrong or anything I should do
