My Number Card – No pick up appointments available??

I finally received notice that my My Number Card is ready to pick up. I logged into the reservation portal, but there are no reservations available at any possible pickup location. But it seems I only have a month to make a reservation before they throw out my application?? What the heck do I do? I keep checking back, but there are no reservations available anywhere
