Here is the situation:
I’m currently working at famous Japanese panda company and I got a good pay (9.5m for fullstack engineer -not counting the stock option-) but the management and project are so bad that I’m super close to bore out and it start to be really hard to get my ass up every morning for this company.
I started interviewing for some position and now I’m in a sketchy position. One company offer me 11m yen ~ with a cool project and nice benefits BUT it’s a contract position, when converted the expected raise is 3 to 5m yen. I have until next Wednesday to give my answer until they decline my profile.
At the same time I interviewed with company B, I passed the first 2 rounds (online coding and live coding) and benefits/pay is good too (11m to 13m). The issue is that I still need to do 2 more interview before getting an offer. It’ll be super short until next Thursday.
My main concern is that if I wait for company B I will for sure lose the company A offer and I’m not even sure if company B will give me one.
