I come from a south Asian country and I have 4 years experience in embedded domain and I hold JLPT N1 certificate , I have worked in different capacities as developer ,quality assurance and bridge engineer , when I got an offer from a hakken company they offered me a net salary of around 180k yen (minus rent )without bonus which is almost same as I earn at home .But cost of living is considerably higher and my company somehow says they are offering me the best , but I cannot shake off the feel of being underpaid also as a hakken employee i do not feel being really wanted at my workplace !
Is this nornal or am I just overthinking ?
P.s: it's 1lakh 80thousand yen
