The Shūgakuin/Yamabana area of Sakyō-ku has been in blackout for almost 2 hours, after a huge lightning strike. Police directing traffic. Longest blackout for me since Great Hanshin Quake in ’95.

And…it’s over. Just about two hours.
We saw the lightning when we’re about to shop in LIFE, and when we were going back we saw a police scooter, few moments later policeman started managing traffic all by himself. When we were passing there 2 hours later the crossroad was crowded with police, so we actually appeared there just around the time it happened. lol.
