I’m having trouble paying my PayPay Card bill this month. I generally pay at the convenience store using the barcode that comes in the mail, but this time I never got it.
I recently moved apartments in Tokyo, so I suspect the letter may have been sent to my old address even after updating it a while ago. There’s no barcode in the app, either, and I can’t seem to generate one myself.
I also tried submitting the form to register my bank account for automatic payments, since I couldn’t complete the process online, but I never received any response or confirmation that it was processed.
Now I’m stuck: I can’t pay at the convenience store, because I have no barcode, and I don’t know if the bank account setup went through. I’m worried about missing the payment deadline, but I'm wondering if there's anything I can actually do.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What’s the best way to get this solved?
