Hey so In America I had a brick house where I could be as loud as I want, but at my current apartment, I can literally hear footsteps down the hall. Where can I practice music? mostly vocals and guitar. I’ve heard people online say to practice at the river banks but I’ve never seen anyone else doing that irl. where do Japanese people jam out?
