LDP’s Kihara intends to resign as election campaign committee chairman

Kihara, the Election Strategy Committee Chair of the Liberal Democratic Party, announced his intention to resign from his position after completing the review of the recent House of Councillors election defeat. He stated that the responsibility for the election results lies with the Election Strategy Chair rather than the Prime Minister.
