Did I handle this right? Jehova witnesses randomly ringing my doorbell

Hi, never thought i'd end up asking this but here I was doomscolling instead of working on my last report for the semester, when I hear the doorbell. I check who it is, I see 2 old ladies, I thought they may be neighbours or sth. So i answer the door but didn't open it too much, they were surprised I'm not Japanese, anyway they were acting all nice, they asked where i'm from and my uni, I did answer bc it was obvious that I'd be from that uni….like…half of the people in my building are. So anyway they introduce themselves as Jehova's witnesses and asked if I know what it is so I immediately replied "i know what it is but i'm not interested at all, I'm sorry, thank you" with my best stressed customer support type of smile on, then they were like "oh ok thank you" and I closed the door with no further issues. Now maybe I'm paranoid but are they likely to come back or send someone else? Should I have not answered if I wasn't expecting anyone even of it could have been a neighbour? I don't like that they know where I live now but is there any point in harassing someone who just said no thanks to them?
