WISE transfer help – keeps being cancelled

I am trying to transfer AUD to YEN to deposit into my Oita Bank account like I have been doing for the past few years. My transfer keeps getting cancelled because:

"There still seems to be a problem with the account details you entered, so we were unable to complete the transfer."

From my understanding and from talking with customer service, I know that there was a recent amendment to the process which has made name-matching with the Japanese bank books stricter.

I have checked and even created a new recipient with spaces in between my katakana name, it is EXACTLY the same as it is on my bank book and in the WISE app, but it keeps being knocked back. Customer service have provided me little to no explanation, with nothing other than "try again and make sure they match" as their advice.

The only thing I can think is possibly my middle name having the small ェ in ジェード. Should I write it as ジエード instead? Either that or maybe the 様 on the end of my name is causing issues?

If anyone has experienced something similar and solved their issues, please let me know!
