Hello Kyoto local people
Unfortunately I am in a terrible situation. I left my husband and I will proceed for a divorce. I didn't want to file for domestic violence case I don't want to go to court. May be someone would provide me some useful information where and how I can get a shelter. I have been in one organization they say I have to file a DV case in order to get a shelter. I need to have a place at least for 1-2 weeks minimum. Any advice is welcome.

You could try finding a guesthouse that you can live at / work at – is it possible you leave Kyoto and do this?

On FB under Renegaid or Gaijin Guardians. The founder Alfred Weinzierl from Germany passed away last year but the group is still going
