  1. The park was featured on Gaia this week. It is an ambitious start. But there are still a lot of mundane logistical and operational issues to overcome.

  2. I watched a video on it. I noticed that there is almost no shade and lots of walking around to the limited number of “rides”. This YouTuber was there before the official opening as there were still long lines. I can only imagine what it would be like when it opens to the general public.

  3. It was featured on some TV program this morning. 1850 yen fast pass to avoid 400 minute wait (LOL), 2000 yen to sit in the nest, and 750 yen for a single BBQ rib. No thanks.

  4. I’ve been seeing a few complaints in Japanese X about tickets to some attractions not being available/sold out quickly, and food being pricy for what it is (nothing new for theme parks though). These things can be corrected, but I think the main issue is its location. Unless they make it easier to get to, especially for tourists, I don’t think this place will survive in the long term.

Edit: Technically it is easy to get to the park (with buses from Naha), but it is a two-hour ride. That’s a long time to ask, in my opinion.
