The person who is living above me has been continuous playing their music loud and listening to their TV at a loud volume after 10 pm sometimes well after midnight. I have reported this to the estate agency who have sent them letters warning them about their noise levels.
Last night instead doing either of the above they were laughing and talking really loudly after 10 pm. If I report this to the police, can I choose to remain anonymous? Will the police go to their room to warn or ask them to keep the noise levels down after 10 pm?
