A friend of mine messed up at work and having performance issues after that, due to depression and catching up. If she leaves the job after the notice period and looks for a new job, will other companies give a chance? She has some history of social anxiety at work but is able to work well given some support.
Is it job market here in japan harsh on people with such situations? Will be grateful for your answers to pass it to her
