This Article states it will be viewable at about 2.50AM in Tokyo, anybody know where would probably be the best location close to Tokyo to view this? was thinking maybe Okutama, or somewhere maybe north of Saitama/Chiba
I will be in Yokohama, until about 9PM on the night of the 12th for a concert, is there anywhere close to here that could be good?
