I’m looking to buy a little motorbike (110-250cc) for commuting to language classes. I have a full license but haven’t had a bike in Japan.
How does it work when you buy a bike online or offline. Do you need to present any papers when taking it and how does it work with registration and insurance- do I just go to the local license office?
Anyone who has done this recently please share what I’d have to do upon buying a bike. TIA!
