Ok so I don’t need any comments about how I should’ve read everything. Basically, my main bank refuses to give me anything more than a cash card and I needed something for bills. I was about to get a Rakuten card and started using it. My regular band never got linked since I applied in store and the clerk said I didn’t need my bank information to apply and could work it out later. So I’d get the bills in the mail, go to family mart, and pay the balance. Was a great system, worked for me. Didn’t think that after 6 months they’d shut off my card until I registered my regular account. I’ve now requested the form, waited for it in the mail, and filled it out twice and still my card hasn’t been turned back on. What should I do? I used it mainly for utilities because they wouldn’t accept my cash card. They let me do cash for a little bit but stressed I needed to pay with a real card. It’s now been a month with no card to use.
