Just started making sushi 3 days ago. How am I doing?

I made some rolls with cooked salmon and shrimp 3 days ago and the taste was 10/10 but execution was like a 4/10. I researched more and found out I was:

1) over stuffing
2) seaweed wrap was too big so I cut it in half now

I practiced my rolling and the first couple pics are the sushi 3 days ago and the last 2 are from today.
