Has anyone had a massive slowdown using a work VPN (Cisco here) from home using Softbank Hikari? After a couple of weeks of troubleshooting with IT, reinstalling everything, etc, I am getting dialup speeds when remoting into work, and the only possible culprit left is Sofftbank.
