Can’t receive verification code, can’t create a new account on LINE either

Hi everyone,

I’m completely stuck with LINE and I’m hoping someone here might know what to do.

I’m trying to log in to my old account, but I never receive the SMS verification code and I don’t get the phone call option either. Everything on my end works fine (number is correct, network works, no blocks on my phone).

I figured I’d just create a new account instead. But when I try to sign up with my Apple account, I get this error:

Verification is temporarily blocked. Please try again later. [NiffM_64]

So now I can’t do anything. I just want to get back into LINE, and if my old account can’t be reset or recovered, I at least want to be able to create a new one.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
