I need to exchange roughly 100,000 JPY into Philippino Pesos. Does Yucho do such a thing? What is the best way to avoid fees? It's not going to be an ongoing thing, just a one-off.

I believe Ninja Money exchange in Shinjuku deals with PHP as well. As far as I know, they’ve always had the lowest rates for all the currencies I’ve ever had to exchange here in Japan
As in, you need physical banknotes PHP?
If so, [Interbank (aka Ninja Money Exchange)](https://www.interbank.co.jp/ninja/) in Shinjuku usually has pretty good rates.
If you’re talking about sending funds, perhaps something like Wise (formerly known as Transferwise) should work well for that amount.
Hire a PHP developer?
Probably Wise
You could try Fiverr. Lots of PHP developers there who’ll accept payment in JPY.
