Revolut’s incompetency

I've transferred 50k using Revolut Japan to the right bank code and bank address, but the receipant claims to not have received it, and I'm sure of the receipants honesty since they were able to confirm a transfer using a different bank account (SMBC).

I've contacted Revolut and they're completely useless, and I'm not sure how I can get my 50k back since the bank address is correct and the likely culprit is that the name was wrong? The receipant says that the receipant name was missing a カ) prefix/suffix. I've contacted SMBC (the receipant's bank) and they claimed that nothing can be done because of privacy reasons.
