Hello! I'm making this post to be sure of something.
I recently canceled my contract at Sofbank/Y mobile (July 17th) The employee told me that they will delete all of my credit card information at the end of August.
But today, I saw on my bank account the pre-authorization from them (every month before billing, I could see how much my subscription will cost me before getting billed on the 16th)
Obviously, it's only the 10th and the employee told me they will delete my info at the end of August, I guess it's just for the moment and they won't take the money. But I want to be sure because I am not in Japan this summer, so it might be complicated for me to solve this problem from where I am (and I won't have time to solve it when I come back)
My Japanese isn't perfect, so I'm scared that I might have missed something in what the employee said (if she talked about fees or something else)
The amount that I can see on my bank account is exactly what I was paying every month, so it doesn't feel like fees (?)
If you ever had a contract at Sofbank / Y mobile and canceled it, can you share your experience please?
I searched a bit on reddit before making this post, but I couldn't find an answer to my problem.
