Listen I used to only get California rolls and have branches out to Philadelphia rolls. So I’m not sure if these look alright? From looking it up it could be fat or the bloodline? I think? It’s not as easy to see in the pictures but in person it’s i guess kind of brown. It’s just on one part of the salmon, on all 4 pieces. All of the other rolls look fine and don’t have that, just one roll did.
