procedures for a college in japan

Im currently studying in a international school in japan as a foreigner and this is my final year and im kinda unaware about my further studies. Before graduation of highschool what shall i do and are there any ways i can apply for a scholarship as a international student in japan. IELTS/TOEFL? how and where im really unaware of anything its like i gained consciousness in my final year of highschool about my college and reality hit me now im kinda stuck on w what to do on w my college
