I came across 5 reels of 8mm film at a thrift store and watched some of them on the 1940's projector that I bought along with them reels I thought they were interesting, so one-by-one I've been sending them off to be digitized. So far I have digitized three of them and posted them on my channel. The link above is to the first one. I hope folks will appreciate the historical value of being able to see what life was like at that time. This is my first post on this sub and I hope that I'm not violating any of the rules.
I still have two more reels to digitize. One of the last two is broken in many places and will need lots of splice work, so it might be awhile before I get around to them (my channel is not monetized and I pay for this out of my own pocket).
