Moving back to the US for about a year, but want to keep my Japanese number alive for bank/ID stuff and friends here.
Still in Japan for 5 more months. Currently on Rakuten Mobile (Saikyō Plan) — love the price, not so much the Rakuten Link app or its spotty connectivity.
What’s the cheapest, least-hassle way to keep my number while abroad? MVNO? eSIM? Something else? Thank you for your time 🙂
