Hi, I'm a student from Germany and currently at the 16 mark of age. I don't want to yap too much about my situation(as I also think that's against the rules?) but just to quick it up; I've been wanting to live in Japan ever since I found out about its culture and social culture. I'm Autistic, have social anxiety and am most of the time not able to talk to strangers in person. That is unless I speak Japanese. Yeah I will not list all my reasons here.
Moving to the topic
I've been researching alot about visa, job offers, study offers, housing, Language level requirements, salary requirements and what comes with it (including the wiki on this sub). I'm currently living on my own mostly, having my income from the Jugentamt(child's care, I think it translates to?) which I can more than enough live from while others my age barely do, even with a part time job. I don't have a job, i go to a special school for kids with special needs. Although I'm having no problems with my education at all(more like the opposite), I do have my struggles with connecting to e.g Job Applicants and people that can help me do Xyz. I rather figure it on my own. Which in most jobs is just not welcomed. Long Story Short; I feel like I can have a good life in Japan with the bare minimum of salary. Which is a hot take, I know. But I'm a minimalistic person, too. And I do plan to have a job in Japan at some point if I'll ever manage to.
I want to know if it is smart to visit Japan on my own, solely for trying to live for a period of time as how I'd live when I'd actually stayed there. I think living there for some years is definitely a different experience as to "trying it out" for max. 90 days.
Now, How will I make money while I stay on vacation there? Well, I don't know. Yet. I'm thriving for mostly online jobs for now. Maybe I'll find something in the near future after I finish school. Maybe there are jobs I can do part timed online even without having finished school yet. But that's not what I'm here for right now.
please let me know your opinion on this and leave some advices. Be direct with me, thanks.
thank you for reading.
