In the past 10 years I had only one eye infection but now it's already the 3rd time since I moved here again 3 months ago. More precisely, 2 times pretty bad blepharitis and currently minor lower eye-lid infection.
When I was living in Japan years ago I had no problems at all, I am healthy and get rarely sick despite having the bad habit of touching my face 100 times a day.
I'm currently living in a mid-size share house that gets cleaned once a week, wash my hands after using common areas, cleaned the AC dust filter, regularly clean bed sheets, avoid touching my eyes, air the room every morning. I spend most of the time indoors.
I was at the hospital 2 times and got prescribed antibiotic eyedrops. They doctor told me that it might be caused by bad sleep quality, which in fact I have since my bed/futon gives you backpain by just looking at it and cicadas wake me up everyday before 06:00. But I doubt that's the sole cause. Still I don't know what else to try. Also I don't have allergies. The only thing I could think of is the AC being dirty (?) because it makes a rattling noise constantly
