Love how Oiwa and Uemura both are the "stick more to the basics" type of performers, in that they are pretty good at the smaller stuff that they do (limbwork, working with urgency, selling).
Love Uemura trying to work over the arm to take away the Lariat/Grip from Oiwa, while Oiwa tried bulldozing Uemura with his strength. Yuya grabbing the "Grip" arm to transition into the "Deadbolt" was a damn good finish.
One thing that came to mind was Oiwa talking in his "New Heroes" interview about how he isn't someone who's focused on "big moves" but rather the emotional element and "sticking to the basics", which is something I think Uemura has in common. Compare Umino and Tsuji (not ragging on them, just using as examples), who very much are "big move" guys.
