Good places for Bachata, salsa, latin, salon dance classes for beginners in Tokyo?

Title says it all. I want to learn how to dance and socialize a little. Cheaper options would be even better. Does anyone have good recommendations? I don't know anything about the local scene and wanted to ask for recommendations.
