My partner and I will be in Okinawa in late September to early October, arriving in Naha around midday on our first day. This trip has been one of the most anticipated of my life and I’m so excited to finally visit 😍
I’d love to get your advice on how realistic my itinerary is, or if I should tweak it:
- Day 1: Arrive in Naha around noon. How feasible would it be to head to Zamami Island the same day and stay overnight?
- Day 2: Full day in Zamami.
- Day 3: Take the first ferry back to Naha.
- Day 4: Explore the north of the island (including the aquarium) and possibly join a snorkeling tour.
- Day 5: Free morning before flying back.
I’m also wondering if it might be more practical to just do day trips to Zamami from Naha instead of spending the night there.
Any advice, personal experiences, or suggested adjustments would be hugely appreciated! 🙏✨
