Last year, I brought back instant ramen packs from Japan. They were much better than anything available back home, but the noodles take up a lot of space and weight.
A friend is visiting Japan soon, and I'm hoping to get some similar ramen soup bases, but without the noodles. I've only found one powdered brand on Amazon.jp and some liquid concentrates that are too heavy.
Does anyone know if powdered or concentrated ramen soup bases (without noodles) are widely available in Japan, either in stores or online? I'd appreciate any tips on brands or where to find them.
