Ive sent a package from tokyo to germany around 70 days ago via JapanPost. I chose the shipping by sea option because its cheaper. The expected shipping time is 2-3 months so its still inside the expected time frame. The problem is that i cant track the package at all. Neither on the JapanPost website (it says no information about the package) nor on the usps website (label created not sent). I also havent recieved an email and the support contact doesnt awnser me. Do you guys know if this is normal.
I also cannot go to the post office since i am on vacation in vietnam at the moment!
