Whatever happened to those July doomsayers?

I know its already past mid August but this question popped up in my head while in the shower.

We survived July with no issues. There was a tsunami scare right at the end, but it seemed pretty minor all things considered.

I never believed the July 2025 disaster prediction nonsense to begin with, but I am curious what the true believers are saying now. Have the goal posts been moved to some other vague future date?
