Hi everyone, I'm travelling to the abovementioned cities from 7th-17th October (Tokyo: 7th-10th, Osaka: 10th-14th, Sapporo 14th-17th.)
I'm not too sure on what type of clothes I should pack for this trip.
My research so far tells me Tokyo and Osaka is still quite warm-ish in the day (21-25°C) with temps at night being lower (15-18°C). While Sapporo is cold in the day (10-18°C) and even colder at night (3-5°C).
I only have a thick down coat from Uniqlo that I used on my last trip to Osaka in March 2024 (Temp was avg 6-10°C) It's definitely too thick for Tokyo and Osaka this time round and I'm not sure if its worth bringing that bulky coat just for my time in Sapporo.
I'm from the tropics so the only outerwear I own besides the down coat is a thin windbreaker and a single sweatshirt
Does anyone have any advice if I should purchase a lighter jacket (i.e Uniqlo Pufftech) or any other suggestions on how to pack for this itinerary without having too much bulk?
