Hi there.. I’m travelling to Japan with my partner at the end of October for two weeks.
While we’ve done our research and added in all the spots we want to see, some restaurants we want to try, and a couple of specific art souvenir shopping spots, I’d like to find a few activities I could sit down and do for a couple of hours on a slower rest day.
I was think about a kimono art workshop, or a kintsugi workshop.. or maybe a cooking class for 1-2 hours if something comes to mind. Ideally not a full on pottery workshop cause I have no idea what the turn around time of taking the fired pottery home is like 🙃
Hoping to find some first hand info, and whether I need to book in advance.. thank you!
Edit: I’ll be in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, but prefer Tokyo or possibly Kyoto since I’ll be spending the most time there!
