Is it true we should stop using Yahoo Japan mail?

I heard that yahoo Japan accounts get banned for tiny dumb reasons like traveling abroad.
And people lose access to important accounts in Japan this way
So should we change all services we use with yahoo Japan and switch to another email provider asap?
Or it is all just smoke and mirror rumors
