In Japan, what are some small business ceramic and wood goods stores in Tokyo/Kyoto? Willing to travel!

Hi all I really want to buy just a few small home goods ceramic and wood pieces like maybe a little cup or plates as gifts or little boxes etc. and I also want to shop small, ideally like family owned type place!

I was recommended this one shop in Hakone called Yosegi-zaiko Kiro that is pretty much the kind of stuff I’m looking for. I was wondering if there’s any shops like that slightly closer to Tokyo or Kyoto when I go there next week.
