Luggage fwd from Tokyo to Hakone.

So we booked a 2 night stay in Hakone specifically at the Hakone Onsen Ryokan Yaeikan. Would the Yamato luggage service be able to forward my luggage to that ryokan or does it only forward to a hotel accomodation?
