LOST WALLET

I have lost my wallet somewhere in Kyoto station I last had ut at the 7/11 and I was in the waiting area near the line to tsuruga. If anyone finds one please turn it into the jr indo box or the police station thank you

Ive checked the police and as of right now they don't have it.
Im posting this in as many places as I can

  1. Did you have anything like a hotel key card in your wallet that could indicate where you’re staying?

    The reason I ask, is that I lost my wallet during my last trip to Tokyo. It fell out of my pocket and was found by a salaryman, who found the keycard inside and used that to inform the hotel. I also had an AirTag inside that let me know he took it with him all the way back to the countryside on the Friday lol. Otherwise, your best bet is to check nearby police boxes to see if it’s been handed in.

    If you need access to money, you can get friends/family to send cash via Western Union (there weren’t many in Tokyo, so not sure how Kyoto would fare there).

    As a precaution, keep an eye on your card’s activity, in case there are any charges you don’t recognise. It will probably be better to just freeze your cards outright, though.
