Japan trip advice 2 weeks in late October early November

Apologies for the poor mobile formatting. It's our first time visiting Japan and I'd appreciate some advice or a sanity check on a very barebones itinerary. We are an early 30s couple interested in history, art/design, nightlife (to an extent), thrifting, and food. We're in the early stages of planning so any advice is appreciated! Flights into and out of Narita have already been booked.

Arrive Oct, 21 @ 4pm Tokyo

-food & explore near the hotel in Asakusa

Wed, Oct 22 – Tokyo

-Ueno Park
-Senso-ji
-Rikugien Gardens

Thurs, Oct 23 – Tokyo

-The National Art Center (Roppongi) contemporary rotating collection
-Explore Shibuya
-Explore Shinjuku/Harajuku

Fri, Oct 24 – Travel to Kyoto @ mid-day

-Dinner & explore something day-busy at night time. Maybe fushimi inari?

Sat, Oct 25 – Kyoto

-Nishiki Market
-Sannenzaka/Higashiyama Ward
-Kiyomizu-dera & Philosopher's Path

Sun, Oct 26 – Kyoto

-Giou-ji moss temple
-the Arashiyama Monkey Park Iwatayama

Mon, Oct 27 – Kyoto

-Team Labs new Kyoto site.
-The Kyoto National Museum (traditional Japanese art)
-Kamo River

Tues, Oct 28 – Travel midday to Naoshima

-morning open?
-Travel to naoshima mid day
-probably just check into naoshima hotel in evening

Wed, Oct 29 – Naoshima & Travel to Osaka @ PM

-hopefully rent bikes early am and check out what we can of the triennale.
-benesse art museum
-Travel to Osaka in the evening
-Hozenji Yokocho?
